Arrowberry — Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the mobile game Arrowberry ("the Game"), developed by Cocoakite, an independent game studio based in Mexico ("we", "us"), handles information. It applies to the Game on Android and, when released, on iOS.
Summary
- The Game does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal information.
- The Game has no ads, no in-app purchases, no user accounts and no analytics, and does not require an internet connection.
- Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
Information we collect
We do not collect any information from or about you through the Game. The Game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files, and it does not use advertising identifiers.
Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the Game saves data such as completed levels and settings (for example sound, vibration and language) in the Game's private storage on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it.
Device permissions
On Android, the Game may use the vibration feature for haptic feedback. This permission does not give access to any personal information.
Third parties
The Game does not include third-party advertising, analytics or tracking tools. The app store you download the Game from (Google Play or the App Store) may collect information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Children
The Game is suitable for all ages, including children. Because the Game does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children. This approach is intended to be consistent with children's privacy laws such as COPPA in the United States and the GDPR in the European Union.
Contacting us
If you write to us at [email protected], we will receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and delete it when it is no longer needed. Please do not include sensitive information.
Your rights
Since we do not hold personal data from the Game, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you contacted us by email and want us to delete that correspondence, write to [email protected].
Changes to this policy
If the Game's practices change (for example, if we add features that process data), we will update this policy before those changes take effect and change the date above.
